Parking (located here) was once again available at the start of today's journey. This section of the Hennepin Canal had some fun features. My favorite was the water bridge, the aqueduct! This is where the Hennepin Canal and the bike path go over the Geneseo Creek and is the first bridge I have ever been on where water is going over water! Although my pictures don't give the view justice.

Another feature of this area is that the canal widens. Here it looks more like a river with a bending bank as compared to straight edges on either side. You can see some houses along the canals banks, some even with personal boat docks into the canal. I also passed the Geneseo Camp Ground on the north side and another camping area on the south side with a public boat ramp at highway 82.
